
Halle Homel
Halle will talk about how recreation is an important piece of the conservation puzzle and how exploring our outdoor areas and wild spaces can help influence further protection of our public lands.
Halle Homel is a thru hiker, leave no trace advocate, backcountry guide, outdoor educator, and adventure traveler. She is a Los Angeles local and she recently completed the 70 mile Backbone Trail with the intention of starting a conversation and spreading education about how we can better care for our mountains while we recreate. Her current adventures have her exploring and guiding in the Cascades of Oregon and Washington.
